UNDER THE LAW.
After graduating Loyola Law School at 24, I immediately began serving as General Counsel to a dynamic and growing nutraceutical company, under the supervision of a former member of the US National Security Council.
Leaving after two years to pursue trial work, I have since served as a litigator in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Utah and California. Having tried cases in both Federal and State courts, trial practice remains my biggest passion.
While I regret to say that my first few years were spent defending insurance companies, I now use the knowledge I learned representing the “bad guys” to good use representing the “little guy.”
I have previously represented people whose homes were lost to Hurricane Sandy, against insurance companies that refused to pay them for the loss of their home. The only thing more satisfying than helping to make new law protecting people who have lost their homes, is forcing their insurance companies to do the right thing.
I enjoy helping people get compensated for their injuries and changes to their lives, caused by someone else’s carelessness. No case is too large, and no case is too complicated. We are a results driven firm that will fight for you every step of the way.
Never give up. Never give in. And “never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead
